"Very welcoming and reassuring"

About: St Albans City Hospital / Gynaecology

I visited the hospital today with my Nan, who was very worried about her appointment. The staff made her feel very at ease, both the doctor and nurse who assisted her during the appointment and the nurse who made sure we were in the right waiting area! The Receptionist was also incredibly kind and helpful towards myself when I was unsure of some details about the car park. Thank you to everyone!
