"Asperation of right knee under local anasthetic"

About: Victoria Hospital / Trauma & orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I attended the Victoria Hospital Day Intervention Unit for the above procedure. As previous visits I was treated with professionalism, caring and attentive staff. My procedure was done by Mr. Cowie and 2 of the nurses that stood out were Julie and Craig. These two Nurses were both caring, helpful, kind and kept my mind off the procedure to come. There were other nurses who were also very nice and kind in the ward and the Operating theatre. I cannot praise the Hospital enough, it is clean, well run and full of caring staff.

Dear LME Kirkcaldy

Thank you so much for taking the time to post your comments on Care Opinion following your procedure.

It is so nice to read how you found the staff to be caring and attentive; Julie and Craig will be delighted to receive such lovely feedback. I will be sure to pass on your comments not only to them but the entire nursing and medical staff, and not forgetting the domestics who work hard keeping the unit clean.

I hope you are on the way to a full recovery.

Kind regards

Sandra
