"Appalling"

About: Southmead Hospital / Rheumatology

I have been unfortunate enough to visit the Rheumatology department on two occasions now both times seeing the same registrar who left me feeling belittled and embarrassed to be there, so much so that I left the appointment in tears and took my husband for support to the second appointment. I have never experienced such arrogance and lack of empathy from a medical professional and to top it off it was suggested that it was probably all just in my head!!! He was just as appalled as I was! There is so much more to say but sadly not enough space.

So so sad because the nursing staff were friendly, polite and helpful and I would have loved to have given them 5 stars. I will not be returning!
