Helen, what can I say...  She has been absolutely fantastic.  She has stopped me from going insane.  Our sessions felt like I was talking to a friend.  No judgement, just advice.  Now that my boyfriend has stopped drinking.  I actually miss our sessions.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful, useful service.

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback. It is great to hear how much support you received from Helen using our family service. We try to understand and support family members in their own right, as we know substance misuse can have a negative impact on loved ones such as yourself. I will ensure Helen receives your wonderful feedback, she is such an assist to our team.

It's also great to hear your partner has now stopped drinking. Can I wish you both all the very best for the future.
