"I really look forward to coming"

About: Castleview Day Centre

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I love coming here as I can no longer get out myself. When you come here you don't feel alone and its great meeting people. I was really low before coming here but not so much now. My family are all happy I come here as they can see a difference in me. I've been  to  places like this before, and I can honestly say they don't look after you they way you all do here. I like everything about Day Service, and I really look forward to coming.

Many thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us regarding your experience of our day services.

You highlight a very important aspect in so far as the service trying to address isolation and loneliness and all of our day services individually and collectively seek to ensure that those using the services get that chance to interact with others who may be in a similar position.

It is really important for us to hear about the levels of satisfaction within any of our services so many thanks for letting us know your views - they help us shape future provision.
