Good Hope goes downhill literally by the year. Their A&E department is so busy it virtually stops functioning. To rub salt in to the wounds there is a poster on the wall of the Majors waiting area congratulating themselves on how they have addressed the negative feedback people have given them. News Flash - you don't adhere to your own claims. We all pay for the NHS, it isn't free, and this service just isn't good enough.
