"Staff here treat me like a lady which is lovely"

About: Castleview Day Centre

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Castleview means a lot to me. I really couldn't do without  it as its just a great Service for people my age and it helps you to regain your confidence. Staff here treat me like a lady which is lovely. When I come here, my son knows I am going to be well looked after it and you cant ask for any thing more than that. I honestly don't have anything bad to say about coming here. If you don't believe me, come here and see for yourself.

Dear Lover of All Things Nice

Thank you for taking the time to get in touch through Care Opinion to tell us about your experience of Castleview Day Service.

It is important for us to know that we are providing services that not only meet the needs of those attending the service but it is also good for us to know that families and carers are getting peace of mind knowing that their loved ones are being well supported and looked after in all of our services.

The staff in the unit will, I am sure be delighted to read your kind words.
