(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Coming to Day Service gets me out of the house and allows me to meet & mix with other people. I never knew this Service existed and now I couldn't nor wouldn't be without it. My family all think its a great Service to be going to, as people my age can become very lonely. Staff here are very good, and they are nice & helpful also. Although I will join in with lots of different activities I especially enjoy participating in quizzes as its important to keep the mind active. Due to my current health, staff promote movement also and by doing this they have also given me the confidence to be as independent as I possibly can. I would highly recommend this Service to anyone..

It is really good to hear that the range of activities that are on offer in Castleview and the company that is there are helping you to maintain your independence and that you feel by attending the service, is also preventing loneliness.
