"Minor Operation"

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

I went today for a minor operation 

The staff were very friendly and apologised for the delay owing to a patient arriving half an hour late.

They put me at ease and explained everything to me.

The minor op went very smoothly and I thank them so much for this.
