About: Castleview Day Centre

(as a service user),

I really enjoy coming here as it gives me a purpose to get my coat on and get out of the house for a while which is great. I especially like having my lunch here as it tastes so much nicer when someone else makes it for you. I think initially my daughter was unsure if I would like it, as this is something new for me, but I can honestly say its great and I would recommend it to everyone. I really enjoy the banter between myself, staff and others. Talking of staff, they are all very good and they listen to you and show an interest in what you have to say, Nothing is too much bother for them. I know I can speak to my Key Worker or any other member of staff and if I have any worries they do all they can to help me or just give me reassurance, which in itself is lovely. If you are unsure about attending a Day Service, don't be, as you will really enjoy it.

I know that the staff group in the service will be delighted to read your kind words about their practice and I also know that they all take great pride in the reputation that they have worked hard to attain.

It is heartening to read that you have such a positive view on this service.
