"No response to messages"

About: Meridian House / Adult mental health service

(as the patient),

Been referred to meridian house.

Received letter said they tried contacting me, I've had no calls or messages left on my phone.

I've phoned twice, left message no response from mental health. The letter said if I didn't contact them by a certain date they would send me back to GP. I've phoned again, left message. I feel upset that I probably now have to go to GP and start all over again which took months to get to this stage of help I need.
