About: Green Elms Health Centre

I have been on hold this morning for 30 minutes on option 6 of the surgery phone answering system to obtain a doctors certificate of death for my father in law who died on 4th May. I have also called again and used option 4 and been on hold for 15 minutes. Not answering calls within a reasonable time is unacceptable.
