(as a parent/guardian),

My son was admitted with a partial amputated finger and required an operation the ward staff were fab with a wee boy who is terrified of canulars and needles. 

Jacqueline (staff nurse) and Robyn (anaesthetist)  spent so long reassuring my wee one and making sure he knew what was happening they were fabulous can’t thank them enough for making a stressful situation a lot easier.

Thank you for providing such lovely feedback. I can imagine how traumatic it must have been not just for your son, but for mum too! I'm delighted that staff were able to make your stay less stressful and I know they will be chuffed to receive your feedback. I hope your son is making a good recovery.
