Was brought in with serious injuries. Careful, thorough assessment. Constant observation. Impressed with staff in resuscitation. Moved to acute assessment unit where constant monitoring and steady considered pain relief. I felt the staff in the AAU were helpful, concerned with exceptionally good inter-personal skills. The best experience I have ever had here (even though I would rather have not been there, of course). It's very easy to review a bad experience but very very hard to review such an exceptionally impressive one.Trust me, I have left negative reviews when I have felt they were warranted but this time I can honestly say I find it hard to believe the high quality of care and everything (except perhaps the food, but then it is a hospital). From start to finish there was a display of professional care and planning. If only the whole of the NHS was like this experience. A big big THANK YOU to all the wonderful staff, because I never found a dud the whole time.
