Receptionist refused to make me an appointment for 3 months time after last visit promising to send one out (The appointment was at the Doctors request). An appointment letter is sent out mid April for May but unable to make it due to Holiday. Rings to change it to be told I will be put on the waiting list? Explained what had happened an that I should have had an appointment over 5 months for this appointment already to be told, well we do not have a doctor. I asked for a complaints procedure and no-one seemed to know the official procedure or how to go about it, I asked who the chief executive was to be told ooh I don't know? Long story short, still waiting for an appointment. Bad bad service, and all this blamed on a lady who rightly took her maternity leave!!!! Maternity leave is not a new concept and if the mangers haven't got their heads around staffing for something that they will have been given notice for then this just highlights what I have just been saying.
