Hello, hope all is well..

I came for my 31 weeks, and 5 days scn appointment, the person who checked my baby was so negative, they even didn't smile with me, didn't explain any thing about my baby, they said only "the baby head is down" 

Even when they gave me my maternity book they haven't said any word 

I was so excited to see my baby, because I am waiting for this baby 4 years ago, and they made me so upset they gave me a negative energy they made me feel like there's a problem with my pregnancy, I asked them if everything is ok to let them speak and explain to me, but they answered me a very short answer that they wanna write the informations in my maternity book!!! 

I am really so upset

I am so sorry your expectations were not met during the scan due to the reception you received during the appointment. I have passed your comments onto the manager to raise awareness of how you were made to feel.
