"Royal Bolton Hospital - Gynaecology - Day Case..."

Went in for gynecology minor procedure day case on 2nd May 2019 8Am. On arrival the reception staff was decicated, friendly and helpful. Once on the ward the nurses was dedicated, friendly and helpful, polite approachable, patient and supportive, the nursing staff respected my pride, privacy, dignity and respected me as a person. The consultant and the anaesthetists was very thorough when discussing with me about the procedure and made sure I understood. Even in recovery and discharge the nurses remained as pleasant, kind and caring as I arrived. Thank you so much.
