About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Cardiology Outpatients

(as the patient),

I attended the above unit in preparation for a CT angio. It is a Nurse Lead Clinic.

The Nurses on duty were Julie, Leanne and Claire. I arrived and was given a warm welcome. My procedure was explained in full and I instantly felt relaxed. I have nothing but praise for the team. My experience was a positive one and would like to thank all the staff who looked after me.

Thanks for letting us know about your experience when you attended the Cardiology Day Unit in preparation for your CT coronary angiogram. I am so pleased this turned out to be a very positive experience for you and that the team were able to explain everything to your satisfaction and, most importantly, put you at ease. As Pauline has said, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback so we can be sure we are getting it right for our heart patients and their families.
