"My experience undergoing Laser TURPS at..."

In this time of many reports of failures within the NHS it is really gratifying to be able to report that my experience in Airedale was excellent. The experience I had through from entry to Ward 20, through the operating theatre and on to the recovery Ward 14 was handled with exemplary professionalism and patient concern. Those things are ideal in any hospital but the other aspect I observed was that an ‘atmosphere’ of supportive, caring teamwork not just for the patient but for each other was evident which is difficult to develop but all too easy to lose.
