"The caring staff made it so easy to recover one's mobility."

About: Kirklandside Hospital

(as a service user),

The care from Kirklandside Hospital, Kilmarnock, Scotland was superb.

The caring staff and home visits made it so easy to recover one's mobility. I just wish it could continue!

Any anxiety was listened to and suitable suggestions made to alleviate needless worries. So many little problems and anxieties arise that are not serious enough to call a doctor, are explained and suggestions are made to alleviate the problem if possible.

My trouble with "balance" was blackouts which no amount of exercise can help! Eventually after quite a long time they decided my "blackouts" were due to the heart stopping - so a pacemaker was finally fitted. Now back to normal, I'm glad to say.

Dear aracn69

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide such positive feedback. I am sure the staff will be delighted to hear that they were able to make an anxious time much more bearable.

I am also glad to hear they got to the bottom of your "blackout" problems and hope your making a good recovery.

With all my Best Wishes

laura
