"Outpatient Appointment"

I attended Hairmyres for an outpatient appointment with my wife.

One of the first times I've been able to park without driving around and around which was great!

We received a friendly welcome from the staff we encountered and probably waited a little beyond our scheduled appointment time, which wasn't a problem.

My wife was called  by the doctor for her appointment and I waited outside; the doctor introduced herself and took time to listen to my wife before outlining and discussing possible treatment options; which probably went over her allocated appointment time, but reassured my wife that she knew what was happening, felt involved and had an agreed plan in place before leaving.

I'd like to thank all of the staff involved for such a positive visit and outcome; keep up the good work!
