Huge thanks to the ED at Monklands especially SN Gwyneth for sorting out analgesia on arrival. Then CN Martin for his first class care & organising the next part of my care with the ortho team. CSW Nicole for finding my veins not an easy task but first time she got them! Not how I had planned to spend my Saturday but you made me as comfortable as possible despite the pain from by wrist fracture Thank you x

I'm sorry that you had reason to be in our emergency department at the weekend but am really pleased to hear that you received such a high quality service from our team.
