Found the practice to be very friendly starting with the reception staff,nurses and doctors. If you couldn't an appointment straight away the GP would ring you back within 10 mins..Very satisfied.

Thank you.As mentioned before we are only too aware of the demand for appointments and the national issue of not enough GPs to meet the public's demand.Since starting the phone triage by duty doctor when all the appointments have gone,we feel we have squeezed more out of our system to improve access,and a surprising number of issues actually dont need a face to face appointment.
