"Great Team"

Working in the National Health Service in a none medical service sector, I see many comparative practices and of which makes me realise and appreciate what a great team and practice we have at East Band Road Medical Centre. During 2010 with all the essential health triggers at high risk levels due to being overweight, raise blood sugar and raised cholesterol etc. on ‘Red Alert’ I set off on a journey to turn my health around. With the welcomed help and valued support of a brilliant team I have now achieved my goals.

Being in my early sixties trouser waste size down from 40 inches to 31 inches, shirt size down from XXL to medium and also shed four and a half stone now down to 13 stone.

Just goes to prove with the right help, support and encouragement what may seem to be impossible is totally just the opposite.
