'The amount of help St Andrew's has given me is unbelievable'

I have been here for 9 months, I didn't have a choice about coming here.

It's ok here although there are a few people who aren't professional when they are working.

It's a good hospital, very understanding. I would recommend St Andrew's because it does help. I was really poorly before I came here and the amount of help St Andrew's has given me is unbelievable because I didn't expect a hospital to give you that much support.

It's really inspiring to hear your positive feedback and I am delighted to hear how supported you've felt, this is exactly the service I would hope all patients receive within the IPU. I can only apologise for any unprofessional behaviour you have witnessed but please be assured if any behaviour of this type is reported we act on this accordingly.

I hope you continue to progress in your recovery and continue to get the level of support that has been offered so far.
