"cervical screening"

I received my letter advising me i was due my cervical screening in good time. Made the appointment with the doctors via phone call, not on hold very long at all, confirmation text message received immediately after the call. I had to then rearrange the appointment only a couple of days before I was due to attend, the receptionist was very helpful & a new appointment was made & again a text message to confirm received. As my appointment approached i received reminder texts about my appointment. The appointment itself was on time, ran smoothly and the nurse was very professional & managed my expectations (on how long results would take). For something that is a little embarrassing & uncomfortable the appointment couldn't have gone better. Thank you.
