I have just finished the steps into recovery group/

Talking and listening to others really helps.

It gives you routine too.

I'd definitely recommend other clients go to steps.

Great to hear you completed the Steps Programme and that you felt it really helped you. Sounds like you learned a lot about how groups can support you in different ways and your recommendation will be inspiring for others.
