About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Ambulatory Care

(as the patient),

The three nurses Kirsty, Pamela & Tracy carried out the above procedure with complete professionalism and consideration. In fact it was almost a pleasant operation.

Little or no delay in starting the procedure, which is in complete contrast with my previous experience of NHS services.

All members of staff were friendly and helpful, explaining the steps involved in the procedures and engaged in conversation throughout the procedure. The fact that they engaged in chat about local issues distracted my mind away from the process.

Overall I was very impressed by this team of nurses and thank goodness NHS Forth Valley has them.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such lovely feedback, I am pleased you found your visit to be a positive one.

We try to keep our clinic relaxed with some general chit chat, yet keeping a professional atmosphere too, we appreciate it can be an anxious time coming into hospital.
