"A&E 20/21 April 2019"

Had to use A&E on 20/21 April '19, it was very busy and I had to wait 3.5:hours.

I'm not complaining about this as the staff that were on duty coped well during the busy period but they were obviously under staffed. This review is to praise the Doctor that was trying to cope on his own after about 1am Sunday morning. He did great, calling through 3 patients at a time and trying to get them sorted. He was under pressure but dealt with me and other patients in a professional and caring manner despite one member of his support team being quite helpful towards him.

I can't name his name in this review but he was on duty between 1am and 5 am., this is the times I was in A&E so DRI will know who I'm referring to.
