"Very dissatisfied with this practice"

A simple request for the GP to counter sign my medical certificate to enable me to scuba dive was met with disdain and an explanation of “we don’t do these anymore”.

Despite me having had this signed off every year for the last 10 years.

When I tried to speak with someone at the practice they simply repeated the “we don’t do them anymore”.

Even completing the form and politely asking them to reconsider their policy all I got was an automated reply and no further response.

So, I contacted all the other local practices and they all do them for a nominal fee!

So I’ve registered with another local practice and what a breath of fresh air they were; polite and helpful reception staff and caring medical staff.

Don’t put up with the poor attitude at Loddon Vale, move to another local practice and experience what healthcare and well-being support should be!
