"Treating my son"

We came in today needing treatment for my son, who had gashed his knee. Despite the wound being difficult and painful to clean, the nurse was excellent. He clearly communicated what he was doing and seemed to do everything quickly and professionally. We were in and out in about 30 mins, not like other experiences of A&E. Thank you so much to all the staff there - a very positive experience.
