Can't praise the staff in Dunfermline, Queen Margaret's cataract department highly enough. I was booked in today for a pre op consultation and was extremely nervous. Within a few hours due to a cancellation I had been operated on, reassured throughout and put at ease by the friendly hard working nurses. I also observed how caring & professionally engaging they were with the other patients (most of which were twice my age and clearly apprehensive too.)

You truly were done as a one stop cataract visit and I am happy that it all went well for you. Having an operation is daunting at any time and I'm delighted that the staff were caring and friendly and you and other patients felt at ease.
