"Poor service"

I gashed my eyebrow by accident around a quarter of an inch cut. I was informed by the receptionist that there were no further appointments. The time was around 6pm. She informed me that the centre did not stich and that I could not be helped. She suggested that I go to A & E or to the chemist across the road as they were better informed. In the end I bought some skin closure strips and did it my self. I am 61 years of age and have just retired. This neglect of the NHS has to stop.
