My Mum was admitted to Dr Grays Hospital with what turned out to be acute diverticulitis. She was seen in a timely manner within the Emergency Department by both nursing & medical staff & admitted via the Surgical Assessment Unit to Ward 5. Her treatment & care throughout her 3 day stay was exemplary with care, dedication & professionalism apparent throughout. We would like to thank the staff within the ED, SAU & Ward 5 for their care.

It was lovely to read your comments about the care that you received on SAU and Ward 5, it bought a big smile to my face. I feel confident about the care given by my staff but it is even better when it is endorsed by patients and their relatives. It is good to know that even when my staff are under a lot of pressure that they still deliver exemplary care.

I hope that your mother continues to make good progress.
