"Poor communication, No answers"

About: Nuffield Health, Leicester Hospital

Having used by private medical healthcare to try and get issues resolved with my conditionsI thought that going to the Nuffield would be a simple process and I would had some answers in a short period. I first got to see a consultant who had been NHS consultant and he knew nothing about me he didn’t go through any of my notes but just told me he couldn’t do anything except some blood tests. As a result nothing came of it and I’m still left in pain, Then I received a letter a couple of days ago stating that if I didn’t Pay the outstanding bill which was a very small amount i.e. my Excess

I will be sending it to a debt recovery company, when questioned why they hadn’t sent the first letter they stated that they had and they couldn’t control the post office. I would not recommend going back to this hospital to anyone. I have had private health care for a number of years and I have to say this is the worst hospital I’ve been to and I certainly won’t be going back to Nuffield
