The hospital were fantastic. They treated me as a person not a list of issues. They ensure patients comfortable and don't make you feel rushed or a burden if you need something. They take time to talk to you. I live near another hospital (south England) and when describing treatment at Sheffield Hallamshire to friends in southern England they thought it was a private hospital. This was because the doctors take time to talk to you(and have a joke or two), nurses are calm and cope well with many scenarios professionally, tea and coffee served regularly was lovely touch(ensured hydration). I could not be more thankful for them for the days I stayed for my procedures and the way they make you feel comfortable in a difficult situation. I feel in very safe hands for the future procedures needed. (Did have problems with one nurse but head nurse and other nurses on shift took over and sorted problems professionally and sympathetically)
"Amazing they treatment is patient centered"
