"I just had to congratulate him on his skill"

About: Purley War Memorial Hospital

(as the patient),

I had a blood test required yesterday so I used the walk in clinic at Purley War Memorial Hospital as usual. For the second time among perhaps 15 visits, I was seen by Harry and felt I just had to congratulate him on his skill. The words 'Sharp Scratch' never even mentioned... I felt absolutely nothing for only the second time ever  (The first being the last time my blood was taken by him). I can't express how much  improved my day with his  skill and professionalism. I have plenty of comparisons as I also give blood. I don't know if he is ever asked to train others, but if he isn't he should be, as painless procedures must make everyone feel more at ease and confident in visiting. Thank you Harry!
