"Made me feel good"

About: Western General Hospital / General Medicine

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at the Care Assessment Unit at 11:15 but was seen earlier than that as I had arrived early. All the staff were very lovely, great manners, I was treated with respect and every thing went really well. I was made to feel good, I cannot speak highly enough of the care I was shown.
