"Mental health crisis team."

I contacted the crisis team as I was in the worst crisis I had ever had. I felt that I was close to suicide and was already harming myself. They arrived 4 days after my phone call. I told them in a very honest way that I could no longer go on and I had reached my lowest and did not want to go on. The help I received if you can call it that was everyone is stressed and wake up every morning and say a positive quote.... That was it the extent of their wise knowledge of mental health. I have a depression anxiety disorders PTSD physical issues. I phoned them because I had nowhere else to turn. I now know that the service doesn't care one bit about the individual and is a complete fail. I don't know how my near future is going to pan out however I do know I am on my own.
