"X ray department behaviour"

About: Royal United Hospital

Arrived at X ray department under the request of my GP, to be asked by the radiologist why I was there, I told her and she then said it was medically not necessary to take an Xray. How unprofessional, this undemines one's confidence in your Doctor at a vunerable time. I told her to speak to Doctor, she left me returned and took X ray, this person needs guidance on how to act professionally. I now need counselling to gain faith in the professional help the NHS offers me when I suspect the worst with my health.
