About: Chorley & South Ribble Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Treated like a child, the way I was talked to. A certain member of staff was ill mannered and completely ignored my wife on certain occasions. It was unbelievable; they had their name plate on turned backwards so you didn't know who they were.

We are concerned to hear about this and would ask you to please consider contacting our Patient Advice & Liaison Service (PALS) on 01772 522972 who will be able to request feedback from the department involved.

PALS is open Monday to Friday 9 - 4pm and there is an answer service for outside those hours.
