After a previously bad experience at a different hospital I was rather concerned about having to have surgery, but every member of the team from the lady’s on the outpatient desk to the surgical and anaesthetic team were exceptional. The nursing staff on the ward were kind, friendly and very efficient, thank you!
My only feedback would be that it would be useful to have a map of the old part of the hospital online to make navigation easier, and for choosing parking that isn’t at the opposite end of the hospital.
Also I was nearly sent home with incorrect medication but luckily the nurse that was discharging me overheard a conversation with the consultant and they were able to organise something more appropriate for me.
