"Bad Practice"

(as the patient),

The way I was spoken to (while in severe postoperative pain and in need of an urgent prescription) by the unorganized, unfriendly, unhelpful and disinterested reception staff and by the rude, insensitive, careless and arrogant doctor was unacceptable.

Thank you for sharing your experiences with us via Care Opinion and l am sorry to read what has been happening to you.
The majority of GPs are independent contractors and l would encourage to speak to the Practice Manager as I am sure that they would want to know what has happened.

I do hope you are now feeling more comfortable and well on the road to recovery.
