Rooms and bathroom were not cleaned. Certain staff staff were lovely but others did not have a clue what they were doing. My mother had major surgery and was very unwell the days after and had just been sick. A nurse commented that she should put some blusher on to brighten herself up! This nurse also wanted to giver my mother ibuprofen straight after her being sick. I am not in the medical profession but knew this wasn’t right.
