About: Leeds General Infirmary / Ear, Nose and Throat

My son has been referred to ENT since last year had his pre op assessment and still waiting for him to have his op he is now getting in trouble at school for either been too loud or not listening properly even though I have explained its not his fault he's waiting for anonoids tonsils and grommets doing

I am very sorry to read that you have not received a date for your sons operation. The level of service that you have described is not what we wish to offer.

I have passed your comments onto the Manager for the service so that they can address the issues that you have raised.

It would be useful for our services and for future patients if you could discuss the matters you have raised further with our Trust’s Patient Advise and Liaison Service (PALS). This would also allow us look into the matters you have raised more thoroughly.
