Could not fault staff or facilities during my stay for an Endoscopy on Sunday, cant suggest anything that they could make better, staff made you feel totally at ease.
one thing they can do is advise people attending along with the patient and who are waiting on them on a Sunday, there is a cafe just along the corridor from the unit, this opens at 0900 on a Sunday excellent food and service, this would help the 2 hour waiting pass more quicker, and some have travelled a long way.
