My teenaged daughter attended the minor injuries unit after becoming concerned about an infection in her ear piercing. During her say she became quite distressed and upset. She was looked after by a paramedic, receptionist and a member of staff who was either a nurse or a HCA. Without exception they all treated her with kindness and respect. She received the correct medical treatment and was also given support and reasurence.i cannot thank the staff enough for what they did for her.The paramedic then took the time to phone me at work to let me know what had happened and to assure me that she was safe and being looked after. He even arranged for her to get home safely. I am so grateful at the level of care that was provided. I couldn’t ask for a better service or staff.Thank you once again.
"Outstanding care"
