"Excellent care"

I recently went through a PCI procedure in the Cardiac Department of Sunderland Royal Hospital and can honestly say that from arriving at Reception to leaving after recovery I was very impressed with the level of care I received.

On arrival I was taken to the ward and prepared for the procedure promptly and professionally by friendly nurses.

The operation was carried out by the doctor and his Team who kept me constantly informed about what was happening both before and during the operation and also afterwards when I was in recovery.

On the whole I would say that The doctor and his Team exhibited a caring, professional, friendly and indeed happy disposition throughout and I could not have been in better hands.
