"Their professionalism did not falter"

About: Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh at Little France / Acute Medical Unit

(as a service user),

Despite being really anxious whilst I was investigated for a bleed on my brain the 2 staff nurses Danya, Mel and CSW Kerry (I think that's correct) were just amazing. They were met with various unexpected obstacles during their working day but they over came them with minimal disruption to patient care, their professionalism did not falter and it was all done with a smile on their faces. Just wanted to say a huge thanks and that they are a true credit to the nursing profession and wanted their line manager to know how great they are.

Dear Justjenni

On Behalf of the team in the Acute Medical Unit I would like to thank you for your lovely post about the care you received within the unit. I will pass on your thanks to the individual staff you mentioned and share with the team who always appreciate feedback of this nature which reflect the standard of care they always try to achieve.

This must have been a very worrying time for you and I hope you have recovered well.

Thank you again for taking the time to write such a positive post.

Best wishes

Jennifer Watters
