"A Very Satisfied Patient"

I attended the Trauma & Othopaedic clinic today. I arrived early and was immediately sent to Xray. The Xray department had been overwhelmed in the morning but the female clerk was her usual friendly, warm self inspite of the workload. As I was from outpatients I was seen almost immediately.

The radiologist was friendly and totally professional.

I returned to the Trauma & Orthopaedic clinic and the male clerk was totally professional, friendly and respectful.

It was a busy clinic but the consultant was friendly, caring, professional, warm and answered all my questions. He had time inspite of the pressure of the clinic.
